Cinderella Trailer

Hello Dearies! So same old, same old. Everything that can be said probably has. I have to be honest. Cinderella is my least favorite princess. I have zero interest in watching any of her movies, let alone this one… but then I watched the trailer. And dammit! Helena freakin Bonham Carter! Now I have to see it. I have to! She’ll probably only be in it for like 5 minutes but still, I have to see it now.

Avengers Age of Ultron

Hello Dearies! I love these movies. I really do. The stories and action are always so fantastic. I love the characters. And now we get to watch them fight evil pinnochio. Hahaha, watch the trailer to get that joke. There is another trailer with all of the group trying to pick up Thor’s Hammer. It’ll make you smile. Totally worth watching.

Also my 5 year old is convinced that that is Baymax in the giant Iron Man suit. He will not believe me when I say it’s not. Too cute.

I am of course very excited for this one. Do you follow the Avengers? Will you be watching?

Strange Magic Trailer

Hello Dearies! This is another film that I have no idea about. It looks like a war between two sides of woodland fantasy creatures. One side beautiful and the other ugly. I’m really not sure what the point of this film is but the first fat “ugly” creature you see is adorable and I felt for him. If I didn’t have kids I might pass on this one but they seem pretty interested so I’m sure I‘ll be dragged to it.

Hello Dearies! My favorites little yellow dudes are getting their own film. You get to see them throughout all of history before they find Gru… now in the minion mini films, they are supposed to be clones that were created by Gru but still, It looks silly and amazing! I’ll be taking the kids for sure.

Hello Dearies! I have never heard of Chappie before so I have no idea if this is based off of anything or if it is an original film.

From what I gathered from the trailer, it’s a story about the first AI Robot. He’s like a child that needs to learn and grow. It looks pretty fantastic. What do you think?

Jurassic World Trailer

Hello Dearies! The Jurassic park trilogy is my absolute favorite. I know not everyone enjoyed all of them but I really did. I love dinosaurs and I think almost anything with dinosaurs is awesome. Very rarely have I seen anything with dinosaurs that I didn't enjoy.

I don’t think it’s possible to more excited. I squealed loudly throughout the house when I first saw. My kids were only sort of interested and My husband rolled his eyes. The Jurassic World trailer is amazing. They have a new park. They have a new dinosaur. They have a raptor motorcycle gang :) I WANT IT TO BE OUT TODAY!

Pan Trailer

Hello Dearies! I have Always loved Peter Pan. It’s been one of my favorite stories for years. I actually didn’t know ahead of time that they were even making this movie. A fellow blogger posted about it and after doing my little happy dance, I looked it up!

First thoughts:

The note from mommy, the pan, from the moment the new lost boys were taken from their orphanage, I was hooked :) I love movies that include “before you knew them” stories. Finding out were each character came from and why they are the way they are is huge for me.

The makeup on Hugh Jackman is insane. I didn’t recognize him at first.

Hook is a smartass and I love it.

They included mermaids! Yay!!!!

So, there is some controversy. A lot of people online are upset that Tiger Lily is white… like she’s whiter than me and I’m the whitest woman in America.

I live in an area populated with a lot of Native Americans so I asked a friend what she thought. Her reply:

“Our biggest problem is that Tiger Lily is one of the only strong Native American characters that is also a household name and we feel as though she has been stolen from us”

“But you hated all the other Tiger Lilys”

“Yes. they were nothing more than a racial stereotype”

“Ok so you don’t like the Native American one or the white one. What kind of Tiger Lily will make you happy?”

“Not a white one”

“Haha, fair enough. So you don’t wanna see Pan”

“Hell yes I wanna see Pan. Hugh is my man!”

So I am very Very excited for this film and you can bet I’ll be one of the first ones to see it.

Ok, now that that is out of my system (probably not, I’m sure I’ll do it again)

This trailer has taken everyone by storm. Seriously, It has already inspired some tattoos. I’m not kidding. That adorable R2D2 looking thing on top of the soccer ball has already been tattooed on 2 people I know of and there are another handful of people that got the new lightsaber.

I still bouncing off the walls about this and I really can’t wait. I’m trying to talk my husband into dressing up with me to go to the premier! I cannot wait until next year!
